Over the past decades, Fukushima has grown into one of Japan’s most important sake regions. The area consistently produces award-winning sake, including top honours at The International Wine Challenge and an exceptional number of gold medals at the NRIB New Year Sake Competition. This made us visit the region several times, selecting the finest breweries and their most outstanding products.
After introducing renowned Fukushima breweries such as Homare, Nekka and Okunomatsu over the past two years, it is now time for Ninki Ichi. We are proud to present more than twenty new sake from this brewery, including the special Sparkling sake created for the Formula Nippon races and the limited Godzilla series, alongside many other exceptional expressions.
