In the nose lots of fruity and floral aroma. Strawberry, framboise, red berries and  some white blossoms can be found as well as anise. Very smooth palate with superb balanced sweet and acidity. A long lingering finish makes this sake perfect. Enjoy this sake with Sushi, Sashimi and grilled lobster. It is best to serve this sake cold or room temperature in the special Sophienwald ISOS sake glass.
