SOTO betekent 'buiten' in het Japans: een viering van de puurste elementen van de aarde die samengebracht zijn om dit volledig natuurlijke product van topkwaliteit te maken: fijn gepolijste speciale rijst en ongerept bergwater uit de Niigata-prefectuur. De expertise van onze Toji (brouwmeester) zorgt voor een delicate zachtheid met een milde smaak en elegant aroma.
Ingrediënten zijn belangrijk voor sake en hoewel er kwaliteitsrijst en zuiver water gebruikt word om SOTO sake te maken, is de hand van de brouwmeester het belangrijkste ingrediënt van SOTO. De sake is 100% gluten vrij en bevat daarnaast geen sulfiet, suiker of andere toevoeging.
SOTO Sake wordt in Nederland en België exclusief gedistribueerd door Gendai Sake, en wordt op dit moment al door een beperkt aantal restaurants verkocht. SOTO sake is per direct verkrijgbaar.

- Reinforced dividers keep bottles from touching.
- Box sizes: 1, 3, 6 and 12 bottles—combined so everything fits snugly.
