Shirakabegura Junmai Daiginjo has been brewed with Yamada-nichiki rice from Hyogo and the famous Miya-Mizu water, or water from the gods. Nice tones of peaches, pear and melon. The texture is velvety and creamy with fine acids, combined with a fine aftertaste.

This is a delicious sake for both the Sake enthusiast and the discovering sake taster.

This sake is best served cold in a wine glass.

The name "Shirakabegura" literally means "white walls" and refers to the white walls of the brewery that reflect the feeling of purity and cleanliness. The brewery has a wide range of sake styles, ranging from dry and fruity to sweet and creamy. The most popular product is the "Shirakabegura Junmai Daiginjo", a high-quality sake with a rich taste and an aroma of fruits and flowers. The brewery is also known for its use of local rice varieties and pure spring water, which contribute to the quality and taste of their products. Shirakabegura is a leading brewery in Japan and has won multiple awards for its outstanding sake. 

The brewery is also active in promoting sake and Japanese culture abroad and has made its products available to enthusiasts around the world.

Most recently they started with the production of N’end in collaboration with Kenichi Ohasi the famous Master of Wine from Japan.
