Yamanashi Meijo (Yamanashi)
Shichiken Mori no Kanade is how the perfect sparkling sake should taste. Medium dry with beautiful acids in which the tones of lemon, cottage cheese and apple pie stand out. Fantastic fine mousse with a subtle refreshing aftertaste. The extra layers in the taste sensation, such as maple syrup, vanilla and minerality, are obtained by Lagering in Suntory Hakushu whiskey barrels.
Enjoy this sake with your immediate family or best friends.
