Product information "Alain Ducasse Sparkling - 720ml"

Alain Ducasse Sparkling Sake is a collaboration between the famous chef Alain Ducasse, chef Sommelier Gerard Margeon and Japanese maker Shichiken, known for their Sparkling Sake. Brewingmaster Ryogo Kitahara succeeded the recommendations of chef Sommelier Gerard Margeon, which led to a stunningly beautiful complex Happo-shu or Japanese sparkling sake. Subtle mousse, many layers through the aging, nice tones of white cherries and a more then Enjoyable aftertaste.

This sake fits wonderfully with the Mediterranean French cuisine.

This sake is best served cold in a champagne flûte.
