Distilled entirely at Kiuchi Shuzo's Yasato Distillery, it’s aged in Bourbon, Rum, and Sherry barrels before blending. The Signature 1823 release marks 200 years of sake brewing at Kiuchi Sake Brewery, celebrating local tradition with a global vision.
