Princess Ginkgo Sake is made with blossoms of the Ginkgo flower, which brings a unique characteristic style of hearty and freshness.
Brewery, Naito Shuzo, brews their sake exclusively with underground water from the Kiso River, which is known soft water, making it perfect to make sake of this.
For the Princess Ginkgo white koji is used creating a soft with higher acidity.

Naito Sleeping Black Cat is a Mugi (Barley) Shochu made by Naito Shuzo from Aichi. This Shochu has been aged in oak barrels for 3 years and this brings a soft and deep aftertaste with tones of vanilla, grains and citrus. Depending on the temperature you will also find a touch of sesame and white pepper.
