Umenoyado Umeshu from Nara is a premium variant of the Umeshu's. By using 15 different types of Japanese Ume-pimagen, this Umeshu is clearly more aromatic than most other Umeshus. With deeper, richer and intensely sweet flavors, this Umeshu has a beautiful bouquet. The Umenoyado Umeshu has been aged for 3 years to have all Ume completely pulled into the Sake before it is bottled.
Delicious as an aperitif or at the dessert but also extremely suitable for use in fresh cocktails.
It is best to serve this Umes-shu cold if necessary with some ice in a guinomi glass or earthen cup.
