Umenoyado Black Label Umermu is a premium umeshu, a richer and deeper version of the Umenoyado Umeshu. Made by both unripe and ripe Ume from Nishiyoshino, Nara prefecture, to be used and pulling them in Umenoyado-Sake.
When drinking, the refreshing aroma of plum blossom spreads through the mouth and the unique taste of sake is preserved as a persistent aftertaste.
Delicious as an aperitif or at the dessert but also extremely suitable for use in fresh cocktails.
It is best to serve this Umeshu cold if necessary with some ice in a Guuinomi earthenware Sake Cup.
