Premium Sparkling Junmai Daiginjo is one of the most special bubbly sake made in Japan. It is one of the first sparkling sake to hit the market and a unique process was initiated to introduce it. Instead of Champagne at the award ceremony of the Formula Nippon Races, this sake was opened on stage.
The sake itself is characterized by sublime bubbles that caress the mouth. A nose with delectably rich fruits such as grape, nectarine, plum and white blossom. The palette is incredible balanced with fruity and floral hints and subtle acidity followed by a superb aftertaste which is silky smooth and everlasting.
