refinement of a junmai daiginjo and on the other hand the robust full spicy character of the Omachi rice. A delicious sake that
can be drunk on the couch in the evening but also combines well with
Grilled dishes such as Sint Jacobsschelp.
This sake comes best served cold in a white wine glass.
