Product information "Nabeshima Junmai Ginjo - 720ml"

Nabeshima Junmai Ginjo is another masterpiece by Naoki Limori brewmaster and owner of Fukuchiyo Shuzo. Specialized in brewing fruity and floral sake that brings out the best of these worlds, this sake is beautiful. In the nose raspberry, strawberry, cherry, pear, anise and melon. The pallet is great in everything, nicely balanced with a lot of refinement. The aftertaste lingers nicely, balanced long and pleasant.

Old cheese, Tuna Tataki, steak tartare are just a few examples where this sake fits nicely.

Enjoy this beautiful sake in a chilled wine glass or even better in the Sophienwald sake glass.
