Nakashima is een sakebrouwerij met meer dan 300 jaar geschiedenis sinds 1702. Het merk "Kozaemon" werd gelanceerd in 2001 en is populair geworden in binnen- en buitenland. Het gebruik van het ondergrondse water dat uit Mt. Byobu als bron brengt de volle smaak van de rijst naar voren.
