Kiuchi Sparkling Umeshu is a sweet, fresh and very loved sparkling Umeshu from Kiuchi from Ibaraki. Light in alcohol with only 6% is an ideal all -round Umeshu. Fermented with unripe fleshy, juicy plums from Wakayama, which are known for their sweet, rich and pleasant taste.
This Umeshu is best to be served in a champagne flûte.
