Choryo Jukusei Yoshino Taru Sake 1992 is an attractive Amber colored cedar wooded sake that is eliminated for a long period at low temperature. This undiluted sake brewed of no less than 30 years old has a unique rich robust scent and soft mild taste. Brewed in Nara by Choryo Shuzo one of the better sake brewers in the region.
The sake can be served during a dinner but is also beautiful with dried figs, chocolate.

Choryo Shuzo is gelegen in de stad Koryo-cho ten noordwesten van Nara, waarvan wordt gezegd dat het de geboorteplaats van Sake is.
De stad Koryo-cho is omgeven door historisch erfgoed: het heiligdom gewijd aan de god van Sake ""Omiwa Jinja"" in het oosten, de heilige plaats van oorsprong uit het boeddhisme Asuka-ji in het zuiden, en de Horyu-ji-tempel welke is genomineerd als Werelderfgoed naar het noorden.
De filosofie van de sake-brouwerij is gebaseerd op ""Shou-dou-mu-kyu-kyoku"" (zelfvoldoening zal worden vermeden, want men kan zichzelf altijd verbeteren.) Men heeft zich toegelegd op het brouwen van sake die gewaardeerd zou worden door klanten en daarom besteden men speciale aandacht aan rijst, water, mensen en sake brouwen.
